Brunswick County Democratic Get together Chairman Eric Terashima has won the N.C. Dwelling District 17 principal amassing 70.7% of the vote with all precincts reporting Tuesday evening.

Fellow Democratic challenger Edward McKeithan attained 29% of the vote. Terashima could not be arrived at for comment Tuesday night.

Terashima will now experience incumbent Republican Rep. Frank Iler, who’s held the seat considering the fact that 2009, in the Nov. 8 typical election.
